1. Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund:
The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
The return request must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.
A valid proof of purchase (order number or invoice) must be provided.
Note: For gemstones and customized products, eligibility may vary (see below).

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refund:
Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
Customized or engraved items.
Items purchased during clearance or final sale events.
Gift cards.

3. Return & Refund Process

To initiate a return:
Contact our customer support at support@namgems.in | +919321404599 with your order details.
Once approved, you will receive return instructions and a shipping address.
Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.

4. Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the item is received and approved.
The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
In case of COD orders, you may be asked to provide bank details for a NEFT transfer.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos.
After verification, we will either offer a full refund or a free replacement.

6. Exchange Option

We offer exchanges for size, color, or model variations, subject to stock availability. Please contact us to process an exchange.

7. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
