All original tags, certificates, and invoices must be included.

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return:
Customized, engraved, or made-to-order items.
Items sold under “final sale” or “clearance” offers.
Gift cards or e-gift vouchers.
Products damaged after delivery due to misuse or neglect.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return:

Securely pack the product and send it to the return address provided.
Note: Use a trackable shipping method to avoid lost returns.

5. Return Shipping

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
We do not offer pickup service at this time (unless mentioned otherwise).

6. Inspection & Approval

Once we receive the item, our quality team will inspect it.
If approved, we will initiate your refund or exchange as requested.

7. Exchange Policy

If you prefer an exchange instead of a return:
Exchange is subject to product availability.
