1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. Shipping Methods & Carriers
We partner with trusted logistics providers such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, India Post, FedEx, etc. to ensure secure delivery.
You can choose from the following shipping options:
Free Shipping: Delivered in 7-10 business days
Express Shipping: Delivered in 3-4 business days (additional charges may apply)
3. Shipping Charges
Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee of ₹80 applies
COD (Cash on Delivery): Not Available
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with a tracking number and tracking link to monitor your shipment in real-time.
5. Shipping Areas
We currently ship across India. For international shipping, please contact us directly at support@namgems.in before placing an order.
6. Delays & Exceptions
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances.
In case of a significant delay, our team will proactively contact you.
7. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, multiple failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept:
We will attempt to contact you for a resolution.
Reshipping charges may apply in such cases.
8. Damaged or Lost Items
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos.
We will investigate the issue and offer a suitable resolution (replacement/refund).
