Cancellation Policy

At Nam Gems, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that there may be times when you need to cancel an order. Please review our cancellation policy below to understand our terms and procedures.

1. Order Cancellation Window

• Standard Orders: You may cancel your order free of charge before it has been processed and dispatched from our facility.

• Dispatched Orders: Once an order has been packed, shipped, or handed over to our delivery partners, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may choose to initiate a return or exchange once the package is delivered, subject to our return guidelines.

2. Astrological Services & Customized Gemstones

• Personalized Recommendations & Reports: Fees for customized astrological gemstone consultation reports or digital horoscope analyses are non-cancellable once the analysis has been initiated or delivered.

• Customized Jewelry & Energization: Gemstones that have been specifically customized (such as ring/pendant resizing, custom metal setting) or undergone traditional Vedic energization rituals (Pran Pratishtha) upon your request cannot be cancelled once production or ritual preparation has commenced.

4. Refund Process for Cancelled Orders

• If your cancellation request is approved before shipment, your refund will be processed immediately.

• The refunded amount will be credited back to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, or Wallet) within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your banking provider.
